'Group dynamics' has been used to refer to the group processes themselves or to the methods of changing group behavior  It has even been used to refer to the techniques of the particular program, such as buzz session, role playing and group decision. 

Group dynamics investigate the formation and change in the structure and function of people into self directing wholes
